My husband and I are very satisfied with the quality of the material, final look and service provided by DHI. Special thanks to Ms Wei, who assisted us from the very beginning until the job done. Being so particular, we visited their offices like 3 times 😅 but Ms Wei was so welcoming and very attentive. To my surprise, she also came to inspect her team’s workmanship and ensure that we satisfied with the job done! Well done Ms Wei! Thanks to Ms Elizebeth as well who has been assigned as our sales advisor, and she did advise us to choose the right colour for our skirting. We are glad that we followed the suggestion. Thanks!

Very satisfied with Decor Houz Interior for their service and hospitality. Kate was willing to wait and sit with me after working hours just to help me advise the flooring colour and pattern. She was also transparent about the costs and warranty which I appreciate.They were also able to come within the week to take measurements and issue me a quote within the same day. Upon confirmation and payment of deposit, they installed in less than a week and completed in less than day. When I informed them of some minor touch-up that still needed to be done upon inspection, they were prompt and professional to respond and now the flooring looks perfect.Really appreciate their work and would highly recommend to others.

Did my guest room last year, was helped by Ms Elizabeth. My family loved it so much so we decided to do our whole living room as well. She was extremely professional and super helpful. She arranged everything smoothly for us , and even call up to check if everything was good a few days later. will defiintely recommend friends and family. very good workmanship n service i must say

We truly love the outcome! Ms. Elizabeth has been such a knowledgeable consultant, she was very helpful in helping us to decide what colour best suits to our overall home look and feel.It was very easy to deal, made payment this week and the installation can be done in another week. The installation was done professionally (very very clean, neat and tidy). The workers very efficient too! They will make sure they clean up the mess before they leave the house.I can promise you, this is by far one of the cheapest in town that offers you better quality than the famous flooring company (you know who).Highly recommended!

Happen to find out abt Decor Houz by chnace. I’m truly happy and satisfied with the job and service given. Everyone sed the house looks nice with the floorings! Their installers are Professional and meticulous abt the installation process. Their price is very reasonable and though I’m no big client, they have given me a 5-star treatment!
